Hey, guys this is my first blog and in this blog i will share some interesting facts, exercises, routine, diet plan and remedies with you so that you can achieve your goals regarding fitness with a little amount of effort.



So, when we talk about goals in fitness so two things comes in our mind :-

1)Weight gain (for skinny guys) :- So, guys when we talk about weight gain we think that if we eat more and more then we will be able to gain weight easily but this is not so right. Let me, tell you that eating more is not bad but the process of weight gain depends on three points :-

●》What you eat?

●》How much you eat?

●》How much calories, protien and other essential vitamins do you get from what you are eating?

So, when you are thinking of gaining weight you have to create a diet plan for yourself because the three points that are given on the upside depends on your diet plan. So, if you are thinking to start fitness you should have your diet planned and a diet plan is very much beneficial for you because if you create a diet plan for yourself you can know what are you eating and what nutrition do you get from your diet. For example- I belong to a middle class family and i will let you know that i started my fitness and weight gain journey in the lockdown held due to covid-19 virus. So, at that time i was not able to buy essential things required for fitness and i was on a fully vegetarian diet at that time but you will not believe that it helped me to gain 9 kgs in just 2 months.

Guys, basically weight gain depends on the amount of calories you intake and the calories you burn. I meant that the amount of your calorie intake should be more than you burn.
Now, its the time to talk about the most essential nutrient and that is Protein. Guys, protein is the most essential nutrient for you either you are aiming to gain weight or you have to lose weight protein is compulsory in both the conditions. 

The most recommended protein sources are:-
●》Eggs (1 egg contains 6-7 grams of protein).
●》Fish.
●》lean meat and poultry.
●》Lean beef.
●》dairy products.
So these are some sources of protein now its time to talk about second most essential nutrient required for weight gain and that is Carbohydrates (carbs):-



So, the carbs help you to bulk up fast as it is very good for weight gain. The most efficient carbohydrate sources are:-
●》Bread.
●》beans.
●》Potatoes.
●》milk.
●》spaghetti.

Now, I will provide you a cheapest and very nutritious diet plan ever. Actually this is the diet plan which i was taking during lockdown and it helped me in gaining 9 kgs in 2 months.

 
So, my diet plan at that time was:-
●》Morning:- In morning i used to eat 1 bowl soaked chana before the breakfast. And in breakfast i ate light meals like puffed rice and a full glass of milk with turmeric in it ( as turmeric is good for your testosterone level).
●》Afternoon:- In afternoon i used to eat 4 rotis, a bowl of dal, a bowl of rice, and cooked vegetable.
●》Night:- In night i used to eat 8 rotis and a bowl of dal with a little amount of cooked vegetable.
●》I used to eat a short meal after every meal.

        Nothing is impossible, as the word itself says that i'm possible


 Now, its time to talk about exercise as exercise plays a major role in muscle building and bulk up muscles.



So, guys by exercising you make your body fit and healthy.


Guys, when we are talking about weight gain then the exercise that comes first is the weight training. Weight training helps us to bulk up our muscles and provides strength to our body. So, you will face some problems if you do this exercise at home because you do not have weights at your home but do not worry let me give you some solutions for it:-

●》Use water-filled buckets instead of weights.
●》Use iron pvc rods instead of barbell.

Guys, the home remedies that i am going to share with you are 100% working, genuine and safe.
The best part is that i have used every remedy that i m going to share with you.

1》Digestion curing remedy-1:- This remedy will help you to cure your liver as well as your digestion. In this simple remedy you have to eat 2 bananas in the morning before you go to exercise and also with empty stomach. 


2》Digestion curing remedy-2:- In this remedy you have to eat jaggery (gud) after every meal you eat. As this helps you in improving your digestion. As digestion is responsible for weight because if your digestion is not proper you will not get the essential nutrients.

Now, I will share some more remedies for weight gain. These remedies will help you in gaining weight fastly and easily.

1》Weight gain remedy-1:- In this remedy you need some ingredients. It is basically a light and nutritious breakfast and we can say that its a 100% natural  weight gainer. The ingredients you need are:-
●》1 full glass milk.
●》Oats.
●》Honey.
●》2 bananas (chopped).


Now, 
Step-by-step preparation:-
●》take a bowl.
●》pour the milk in the bowl.
●》add 2 tablespoons of Oats.
●》add honey as per your taste.
●》in last, add the chopped bananas in it.
