Guys, Nowadays Obesity is very common in the young generation and reason for this is eating Junk food and excessive oily food. This causes Obesity as well as fatigue. These types of food are very oily and by eating this foods you increase the Unhealthy fat level on your body and that makes you fatty and ugly. And by this you loose attractiveness and you look like a fat ugly man. Many people are able to loose their body fat but this does not affect on your face as the main weapon for a men and women to look attractive is their face and your face looks attractive when you have a well-defined jawline. So, today I m going to tell you that how to get a definite jawline. Today, I am going to share some tips and exercises that will help you in getting a sharp, defined and attractive jawline:-



So, lets start with some tips:-

1) Tip no. 1- Eat chewing gum as this helps you to reduce chubby cheeks and also getting a defined jawline. 



2) Tip no. 2- Doing sirsasana as this reduces your hairfall problem and also helps you in getting a defined and attractive jawline. There is no science-based evidence that it helps you in getting a sharp jawline but I got results by doing this exercise or we can say yogasana and that is why I am recommending you to do this asana to get a defined jawline. Note: Please do the neck exercises listed below before doing sirsasana. And also keep in mind that do sirsasana on a soft surface otherwise you hairs will get broken.




Tip no. 3- Chew food bite more and more. As in the first blog I told you that chewing food improves your digestion but it also helps you in getting a sharp jawline. As when you chew your food for atleast 32 times as it is the idol number to chew 1 bite of food it becomes an exercise for your cheeks and jaw. And by this your digestion also improves.




Tip no. 4- Reduce eating oily and prepared food this reduces fat and also make you jawline defined.




Tip no. 5- Do the neck exercises as this increases your neck strength as well as makes your jawline look attractive. Some neck exercises that you can do are:-

1) 360° Rotation:- In this exercise you have to rotate your neck round and round in 360° degrees.




2) Front & back:- In this exercise you have to move your neck forward and backward.




3) Left & Right:- In this exercise you have to move your neck in the Left & Right directions.



Now, I will tell you some more exercises that will help you in getting a sharp jawline:-

1) Exercise no. 1- In this exercise you need to take a mat and after that move your neck towards the ceilings of your room by lying down on the mat. If you are doing it outdoors then it is more beneficial for you because doing any exercise outdoors gives you good results in comparison with doing it indoors.


2) Exercise no. 2- Moving your jaw bone in the forward direction and moving you lower lips in the upper direction. This is a very very effective exercise for getting a shaper jawline.



3) Exercise no. 3-  Chew food bite more and more so that it becomes an exercise for you and it helps you improve your jawline definition.

4) Exercise no. 4- Do more Traps & Neck exercises so that you can build a  good and defined jawline as well as a better and muscular neck.

5) Exercise no. 5- Do chinups as much as you can. This increases your bicep strength a well as bring you a sharp and defined chin.
