 Guys, Nowadays the craze of being fit is increasing because people are at home and there is no much work that they can do. So, people are focusing on fitness and grooming for them. So, Today I will tell you how to bring gym at home.

2) Do no-equipment exercises:- I meant that do exercises like pushup and pullups that need no equipment.

3) Racks:- You can use chairs and tablea instead of racks.


4) Benches:- Use chairs and tables instead of benches.


5) Weights:- You can use buckets filled with water or bagpacks instead of weights.
